WHAT DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION COST?

The P+M Subscription is $60/mo. With that monthly fee, you receive two sets of nails per month.

 

HOW LONG DOES A SET OF NAILS LAST?

Everyone is different, depending on lifestyle and application. Most can get anywhere from 2-4 weeks of continuous ​wear.

CAN THE NAILS BE REUSED?

Yes! They can be reused as many times as you'd like. Just keep them in a safe space so they don't get lost. ​

AREN'T PRESS ONS FLIMSY?

We're happy to say, our nails are extremely durable- more so than other brands you'd find. They're salon quality and made from a hard gel instead of plastic, which makes them last much longer than others. 

WHAT COMES WITH THE NAILS?

You will get all the supplies needed to easily apply your new nails - nail file, cuticle stick, alcohol wipes and nail adhesive. 

I DON'T WANT TO SUBSCRIBE, CAN I JUST ORDER ONE TIME?

Of course! You can order as often as you'd like. Just choose the "One-time purchase" option when checking out and you'll still have the same options as a subscriber. 

HOW DO I APPLY MY NEW NAILS?

Head over to How to Apply. You'll be rocking' your nails in no time. If you need any additional assistance, feel free to reach out!

WHEN WILL I GET MY NAILS AFTER I PAY?

You can expect to receive the tracking on your nails within 15 business days after you've been billed- often times much sooner.

WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

In order to ensure nail sets have not been crafted, please email pmnailbox@gmail.com requesting cancellation of subscription within 7 business days before your next monthly payment. Please include your name, phone number and address in the email. You will then receive an email confirming your cancellation within 24 hours. If emailed after the 7 day time frame, you will still be charged and receive your subscription that month. Cancellation will be confirmed for the following month. 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A SET?

Due to the personalized nature of the nail sets, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. We can however, make note of the issue and make changes to your next orders.
